“Next year, the volume of oil pumped through the southern branch of the Druzhba pipeline to Hungary, Slovakia and the Czech Republic will remain at this year’s level,” Galuzin said in an interview with RIA Novosti. He also added that in November Transneft confirmed that it had received a notification from Ukrtransnafta about an increase in tariffs for pumping oil through the named pipeline from the beginning of next year.

The former head of Transneft Nikolai Tokarev informedthat the company has received requests for oil supply via the Druzhba pipeline from Germany and Poland for next year. Although the countries themselves have expressed a public refusal to provide resources from Russia.
