A serious accident in Shumen claimed two lives. The incident happened around 21:20 near the famous Tombul Mosque.
A 24-year-old man, who was driving the crashed car, and, according to initial information, a 13-year-old girl, a passenger in the car, were killed.
A 16-year-old girl who was also in the car was seriously injured. The car was driving along “Georgi Rakovski” street, suddenly swerved and crashed into a pole. The 24-year-old driver was legally competent.

An inspection is underway at the scene of the accident. Work continues to clarify the causes of the accident.
