Erik Ten Hag I do not know when Lisandro Martínez get back to Manchester United. He is still in Argentina celebrating the success of the achievement World Cup 2022.
The Premier League will resume mid-next week after the 2022 World Cup break. Manchester United host Nottingham Forrest at Old Trafford on Wednesday (28/12/2022).
But before the match against Forrest, Lisandro Martínez yet to return to training with the Red Devils. He is still in Argentina to celebrate Team Tango’s success in winning the 2022 World Cup.
Martinez is the only MU player on the Argentina team to win the world. Albiceleste won the 2022 World Cup by beating France 4-2 on penalties. The match was decided by high fives after a 3-3 draw for 120 minutes.
MU manager Erik Ten Hag could not confirm when Martinez will return to Red Devils headquarters. He understands very well that the 24-year-old defender is in a state of euphoria after the World Cup. However, Ten Hag hopes Martinez will remember that the Premier League will be held again.
