Surpassing the famous egg with more than 65 million likes.
Shortly after winning the 2022 FIFA World Cup, Leo Messi shared a series of photos on Instagram, which has now become the most-liked post on the platform.
In the post, the professional soccer player displays his trophy. Other photos include happily posing with his teammates. As of this writing, Messi’s World Cup post has nearly 69 million likes, breaking the previous IG record set by the famous eggwhich was apparently created solely to surpass Kylie Jenner’s record 57 million likes.
“Let’s set a world record together and get the post with the most likes on Instagram. Breaking the current world record held by Kylie Jenner (18 million)! We have this”titled the egg in its only placeshared in 2019.
Previously, Jenner had the most liked Instagram post, which was the first photo she shared of her daughter, Stormi Webster.
