Open investigation
The IGPN was seized on Friday after the violent attack of this 24-year-old girl, shot by her ex-partner a few hours after she presented herself without being welcomed at the Blois police station, according to reports from the Loir-et-Cher prefecture. The police officer who refused to accept her complaint was suspended pending the investigation.

The victim, placed in a coma, suffers from “serious cerebral hemorrhagic lesions,” said Blois public prosecutor Charlotte Beluet. Her ex-partner, 27, was arrested on Thursday in Plaisir in the Yvelines. He was placed in custody as part of a criminal investigation for attempted murder.
