The three winning teams from Stage 1, who will be decided in two-legged matches, will join the 13 previously placed teams for Stage 2, which will be played from 22 February to 1 March.
The eight winners of Stage 2 will qualify for the group stage, which will start on 5 April and whose draw for the key eight will take place on 22 March at the headquarters of the South American football parent company in Luque -near Asunción-.
