The French star has charged up on and off the pitch against Argentina. Meanwhile Emiliano Martinez provokes him into the celebrations
The France ha Kylian Mbappe and this, even without having won the World Championship in Qatar, is synonymous with a guarantee for the future. The transalpine champion in the final lost against Argentina scored a hat-trick, but it wasn’t enough to lift the trophy for the second. Often criticized for thinking more about himself than the team, Mbappé on the most important occasion demonstrated the opposite by playing the leader’s role. In the interval of the final with France down 0-2, the forward held a furious speech which awakened the team.

The number one of the Albiceleste, who had already mentioned the French attacker in an unhappy chorus in the locker room immediately after the match, also during the celebrations on the open bus through the streets of Buenos Aires sent an unsportsmanlike message to his opponent, picking up and showing a crying Mbappé doll. And to think the same Mbappe he may not have won the World Cup, but he still scored four goals (including penalties) against good Martinez.
