Egyptian star Elham Shaheen confirmed that art has a strong influence and can convey many messages to society, explaining that she made sure of it after the “Belo’ Al Roh” series.
This occurred during his participation in the Forum for the Dialogue of Cultures at the Coptic Evangelical Organization for Social Services, entitled “Towards a Citizenship Supporting Cultural Diversity”.
Dove indicated that the fear and dread of extremists in showing the ‘With the Rise of the Spirit’ series made her aware of the power of art’s influence, adding, ‘Immediately after the launch of the propaganda poster for the series, I was subjected to a terrible war, as I wore the clothes of the terrorist organization ISIS, even though all the heroes of the series wore the same clothes.” Get dressed, but I’m the only one they attacked, because they know my thoughts and don’t accept extremist thinking.”
Elham Shaheen stressed that he believes that God’s religion is one, but it has been revealed in several heavenly messages, emphasizing the impossibility of these messages being against each other, and said, “It is not helpful for our Lord create a religion and then create another religion against it,” according to local media.
He also attributed the existence of intolerance to some people’s misunderstanding of religions and their spreading misconceptions, adding, “There are people whose culture is limited, so they are affected by it. The error is not in religion, but in those who interpret religion. When someone says that those who don’t pray repent and then get killed, well, you’re your money if you want. Our Lord kills them or punishes them.
Elham Shaheen stressed the need for the state to prevent intolerance and to be very decisive in this type of fatwa.
She also added, “I’ve seen one sheikh express racist views, including that (a Muslim can marry a Christian, but not treat her kindly), and another sheikh has racism against women and says (What does it mean your husband hits you after has seen your private parts), is this respectful speech that takes place on the screens? And he concluded his speech: “Our Lord is beautiful, and it is not possible that these are religious opinions. If these are views of religion, how are we going to respect religion?”
