This is the “Accidental Deletion” option that allows you to recover your messages

WABetaInfo has indicated that this option may be tested by some users of Android and iOS during the month of August, however, Currently it is already available for those who own these operating systems. And without having to go to the settings!

That You can check this by deleting a message with the “only for me” option. Immediately the application reminds you that the deleted message was only for your chat and automatically gives you the option to “Cancel”with which the message comes back and now yes, it gives you the option to delete it for everyone.

WhatsApp you have already recovered accidentally deleted messages ” class=”wp-image-1539459″ srcset=”https://www.sopitas.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/borrado-accidental-whatsapp-opcion. jpeg 960w, https://www.sopitas.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/borrado-accidental-whatsapp-opcion.jpeg?resize=300,151 300w, https://www.sopitas.com/wp- content /uploads/2022/12/borrado-accidental-whatsapp-opcion.jpeg?resize=768,387768w, https://www.sopitas.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/borrado-accidental-whatsapp- option. jpeg?resize=400,202 400w” size=”(max width: 960px) 100vw, 960px”/>

Something like this should appear when you delete a message. Photo: screenshot

It’s worth mentioning that this is the first change that the “Delete for all” option received in messages, implemented in 2017 and which no doubt got us in trouble with messages in the wrong chats.
