Buenos Aires, December 20 / WAM / Hundreds of thousands of supporters and supporters of the Argentina national football team gathered today, Tuesday, on the streets of the capital, Buenos Aires, to watch the team’s festive march, led by its famous star, Lionel Messi, accompanied by the World Cup.
The festive march comes after the Argentina national team claimed the 2022 World Cup title, after defeating the France national team on penalties, after the final match of the World Cup ended in a 3-3 draw between the two teams.
The Argentina national team began its festive march from the Argentine Football Federation headquarters in Buenos Aires on an open-top bus, passing the famous obelisk in the Plaza de la Republique.
The streets of Buenos Aires and other Argentine cities saw millions of fans celebrate Sunday after the victory against France.
The team’s fans wanted to receive Messi and his companions again and celebrate them in the streets and squares of Buenos Aires, where the team reviewed the World Cup in front of the fans during the bus march.
