The Brazilian national team dominated the general classification of the Fazza International Powerlifting Championship for People of Determination – World Cup «Dubai 2022», flying to the title of the twelfth edition with 11 colored medals, 5 golds, 3 silvers and the same bronzes, after which it appeared in a good level that had a positive impact on his techniques, which qualified him for first place.
Our team, made up of the trio Muhammad Khamis, Adel Shanbih and Fahd Muhammad, ended their championship career with the “team bronze”, while the first place and the gold medal went to the Colombian team, followed by the second place and from the silver medal to the Chilean team.
For his part, Thani Juma Belrakad, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Fazza International Championships for People of Determination, thanked His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council for his sponsorship and support of the event, and the Dubai Sports Council for following up on all the details of the Fazza Championships, and the sponsors, success partners and Workers and Volunteer committees, indicating that the club has started preparations for the 2023 championships to present an outstanding release.
He said: The Fazza championships have become a milestone in the sport of “People of Determination”, achieving many gains for the participants in the various versions, and we look forward to continuing the road to success in light of the great interest that the sport of “People of Determination” enjoys our “wise leadership”, which has helped to realize the desired ambitions of our heroes.
Majid Al-Osaimi, Director of the Fazza International Championships for People of Determination, thanked His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Sports Council, for his sponsorship of the event and his continued support for the people determined, the Dubai Sports Council, sponsors, Dubai Sports Channel, various media, volunteers and all work teams.
Al-Osaimi stressed that the enthusiasm of the countries and the champions to be present at the event reflects the value of the Fazza Championships and the high level it has reached, indicating that in the Organizing Committee they seek to continue developing the championship in order to achieve all of its goals.
