National Assembly Speaker Vezhdi Rashidov expressed his sincere condolences to the family, relatives and colleagues of the prominent Bulgarian art critic Assoc.Dr.Ruzha Marinska.
I am deeply saddened by the sudden loss of the artist respected and appreciated by all of us, people of art, Prof. Ruza Marinska, remarked the president of the National Assembly. Vezhdi Rashidov emphasized that his tireless long-term work on topics related to Bulgarian art in the 20th century and the problems of Bulgarian modernism are an example of innovation and a benchmark for scientific achievements. As a teacher at the National Academy of Arts and the New Bulgarian University, she will be remembered as a demanding teacher, using all her eloquence and imparting her rich experience and knowledge to young people, she added.
With the sudden death of Prof. Ruza Marinska, I lost a friend and a like-minded person, and Bulgarian art – one of its most zealous defenders, emphasized the President of the National Assembly. A deep bow to the bright memory of Prof. Ruza Marinska, added Vezhdi Rashidov.
