Anyone with a strong interest in contemporary music is likely to have consulted the Darmstadt’s Contributions to New Music (cf. Modern music summer course in Darmstadt). The volumes, published starting in 1958, have largely contributed to the establishment of the Darmstädter Ferienkurse as real forums for theory and discussion. Volume 25 brings together lectures, texts and discussions from the Ferienkurse 2018.
