Rahana Fathima Releases Posts That Hurt Religious Sentiments, No Easing Of Bail Conditions – Kerala Goes To Supreme Court | Kerala to the Supreme Court asking that the conditions for Rehana’s bail are not relaxed

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala has submitted an affidavit to the Supreme Court requesting that the bail conditions of activist Rahana Fatima not be relaxed in the case of her entry into Sabarimala.

Pathanamthitta Police filed a lawsuit against Rahana Fatima who tried to visit Sabarimala. The High Court later granted bail. Rahana petitioned the Supreme Court asking for the bail conditions to be relaxed.

But Rahana Fatima violated the bail conditions several times. The affidavit also states that messages hurting religious sentiments have been consistently circulated. Harshad V. Hamid released the affidavit. The state also requested the rejection of Rahana’s request to release bail conditions.
