And this, while no power outage has been reported in the city of Le Havre, in the region or in the country. No orange signal was either released on Ecowatt, sign of voltage on the network. On the contrary, this week the light is green despite the low temperatures.
When questioned, the city of Le Havre assures that no unloading of the cargo has been organized in recent days. It has also not taken sobriety measures by turning off public lights at night, as some neighboring municipalities are now able to do. “The Urban Community, whose public lighting falls under its responsibility, only switches it off at night at the request of the mayors of each municipality. As far as Le Havre is concerned, no decision has been taken at the moment”indicates the municipality.
