The camera has become one of the most important differentiators in the smartphone world causing people to choose one phone over another and rank one device higher than others, because the world lives in a time of photography and sharing via social networks.
The accuracy of the camera, the number of its lenses, the extension of each of them, the aperture of the light sensor, the number of frames in slow motion and the relationship of all this with the processor of the phone and the artificial intelligence are very important basic characteristics when choosing a smartphone and the development that has included this function is so great that many have relied on these devices for professional photography and for creating content.
The Chinese company “Xiaomi” presents an experimental smartphone model to change the rules of the game of professional smartphone photography, in collaboration with the German company “Leica”, a leader in the production of professional photographic lenses, in an attempt to transfer this smart phone experience.
The company has released two phones: the first is called the “12S Ultra” which carries several cameras with a standard one-inch one, and the second is called the “12S Ultra Conept” and comes with an exposed camera sensor, which is an exciting way. Interesting to use a large smartphone image sensor next to the standard one-inch camera.
The “12S Ultra Conept” experimental phone features a slim lens holder that allows for the installation of standard camera lenses, and “Xiaomi” confirms that the phone will contain auxiliary tools such as focus peaking and other details.
The phone can capture raw images in 10-bit resolution, and these technologies allow access to true depth and more realistic images, and these devices will also contain special technologies suited to the large lenses they carry, and “Xiaomi” did not disclose the time determined to launch these devices in the market.
