AJ Brown entertained himself at the expense of his former Tennessee Titans teammates by scoring two touchdowns in the Philadelphia Eagles’ 35-10 win Sunday afternoon.
The Eagles (11-1) star wide receiver caught eight of 10 passes for 119 yards.
Brown was acquired by Philadelphia in the latest NFL Draft. He immediately signed a new four-year contract for $100 million.
It’s the fourth time in franchise history that the Eagles have gone 11-1. The 1949 Eagles won the NFL championship. The 1980 and 2004 teams lost in the Super Bowl.
Jalen Hurts had another strong game leading the Eagles offense completing 29 of 39 pass attempts for 380 yards and three touchdown passes, as well as scoring a rushing touchdown.
DeVonta Smith was Hurts’ other favorite target with 102 yards and a touchdown.
For the Titans (7-5), Derrick Henry had a play shy with gains of just 30 yards on 11 carries.
The Eagles defense also limited Ryan Tannehill to 141 passing yards and one touchdown. The Titans suffered a second straight loss but maintain a comfortable lead in the AFC South.
Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks suffered a head injury while scoring his team’s only touchdown of the game. He underwent concussion protocol.
