A large number of files with child and juvenile pornographic content were found on the mobile phone of a 28-year-old from the old district of Viechtach (district of Regen). The defendant received these files via WhatsApp. On Monday he was sentenced to a one-year suspended sentence in the district court of Viechtach – and he was relatively lucky, because according to the current legal situation he probably should have gone to prison.
