Munich – During the rape of a woman on drugs, the defendant in Munich admitted to all charges. At the beginning of the proceedings before the Munich I regional court, the 39-year-old admitted that he had given his then-partner a drug cocktail in October 2020 and then raped her several times. He also admitted to filming the crime.
The public prosecutor accuses the lawyer, who currently works as a driver, of having become agitated because a woman had been completely at his mercy. The defendant, on the other hand, claimed that the act was a reaction to a “feeling of powerlessness” in his life. He felt it at the end of the five-year relationship.
