Honda Brio become king in the list of best-selling cars in Indonesia. It can be seen in the wholesale distribution data released by the Association of Indonesian Automobile Industries (Gaikindo) in November 2022, the Honda Brio is the top seller with sales figures of 7,102 units.
Brio’s position hasn’t changed since October. Previously, Brio also occupied the first position in the list of best-selling cars in Indonesia. Just below Brio, is Daihatsu Sigra. Sigra’s wholesale sales in November reached 6,830 units.
Continuing to positions three and four, occupied by two commercial vehicles. In third place was the Suzuki Carry pickup with 4,944 units. Continued Daihatsu Gran Max Pick-up of 4,925 units. To close the first five positions, occupied by the Toyota Rush with a huge sale of 4,492 units.
From the list, there is only one electric car. It is Wuling Air ev with sales of 1,584 units. Wuling Air ev competes with 19 conventional fuel cars. The sales of Wuling Air ev are also higher than those of HR-V, XL7 and Toyota Agya. Another interesting thing, the last low minivan, the Hyundai Stargazer, is no longer on the list. Stargazer sales for the entire month of November reached “only” 827 units.

This was the list best-selling car in Indonesia throughout November 2022. Overall car sales in November reached 91,086 units. If total car sales during 2022 reached 942,499 units. This figure surpassed Gaikindo’s goal of 900,000.
