Since mid-November, a nurse and a health mediator from the CCAS Multipurpose Health Center have been on call throughout the city to answer the questions of the Chartrains, inform them of their right to access treatment or accompany them in teleconsultation.
They also offer free thematic health workshops on diabetes, screening, diet or addictions.
Take advantage of the “coffee meetings”, the week of December 26 to 30, to discover their missions and propose topics for the next sessions.
You can discuss with the mobile team, from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:
- on Monday at the Multipurpose Health Centre, 32, rue de Brétigny;
- on Tuesday morning at the Maison pour Tous de Rechèvres, 9, rue de la Paix;
- Tuesday afternoon from 14:00 to 18:00 at the Maison pour Tous de la Madeleine, Jean-de-Dunois shopping center;
