50 thousand pounds .. ends Omar Kamal’s crisis with the Musicians’ Union

Egyptian singer Omar Kamal, owner of the track ‘Bint Al Jeeran’, was given a single day detention before he went to the Musicians’ Union for investigation.

Where the suspension decision was issued due to the concerts that the Egyptian singer held outside Egypt, without referring to the union and obtaining permission from it, as foreseen by the new captain, Mustafa Kamel.

Omar Kamal came to the union and met the captain before taking a photo with him, and then announcing that he was working and not suffering from having stopped singing, without revealing any matters relating to punishment.

Omar Kamal posted his photo via “Instagram” accompanied by Mustafa Kamel, and commented saying: “Praise God, I’m working and my work is not suspended”, to receive congratulations from his colleagues and followers, but for the His official ‘Facebook’ page posted the same photo and thanked his union and Captain Mustafa through his comment.

The union revealed the punishment that was meted out to Omar Kamal, as he was fined in the amount of Egyptian Pounds 50,000, due to his violation of the decision, to which Omar Kamal agreed.

Especially since the fine was reduced from £100,000 to just £50,000, and Omar Kamal apologized to the Union and his representative, the Musicians’ Union, Mustafa Kamel, which the Union was horrified at the punishment he had been given inflicted.

Instead, the Musicians Syndicate is preparing for a new crisis, after announcing the suspension of keyboardist, Mohamed Abdel Salam, because he did not appear at the Syndicate to hear the complaints against him.
