There are many ways to control high cholesterol levels. People can try traditional medicines to quickly lower cholesterol that are certainly no less effective than drugs, such as the statin group.

7. Breadfruit leaves
In Indonesia, breadfruit is often made into fried foods. Inversely proportional to the decoction of cassava leaves which is believed to be effective in lowering cholesterol.
