In May, DJI launched the Mini 3 Pro. Now the Dji Mini 3 is here as a cheaper alternative

The Pro edition costs over NOK 8,000, but the new model is much more affordable – you can choose from many packages:
- The DJI Mini 3 (drone only) does not include a remote controller or charger and is ideal for existing DJI drone owners: NOK 5,499.
- DJI Mini 3 includes DJI RC-N1 Remote Controller: NOK 6,599.
- DJI Mini 3 (DJI RC) includes DJI RC remote controller: NOK 8,499.
- DJI Mini 3 Fly More Combo includes DJI RC-N1 Remote Controller, Shoulder Bag, Two-Way Charging Hub, and Two Extra Intelligent Flight Batteries: NOK 8,699.
- DJI Mini 3 Fly More Combo (DJI RC) includes DJI RC Remote Controller, Shoulder Bag, Two-Way Charging Hub, and Two Extra Intelligent Flight Batteries: NOK 10,599.
Compared to the Pro model, 4K video recording maxes out at 30 FPS, and there are no front and rear sensors to detect obstacles.
DJI Mini 3 records in excellent 4K/30fps and HDR with realistic colors both day and night. A 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor and f/1.7 aperture deliver higher image resolution, greater depth, and lower image noise, even in low-light, high-contrast situations. This produces sharper images. The 4-in-1 pixel technology can create images from 48MP to 12MP in size, and individual pixels as large as 2.4μm improve performance even in low-light conditions.

The drone weighs less than 249g and can record 4K HDR video. There is also a 12MP camera.

For example “Dronie”, in which the drone automatically changes height as the camera focuses on a selected subject, “Helix”, in which the drone flies in a spiral around the focal point, and “Boomerang”, in which the drone moves in an oval around the subject and rises upwards, as it moves away from the subject.
