The move will take effect in May next year and the university will occupy floors 17 and 19. The investment amount was not disclosed.
The change of location coincides with the seventh anniversary of this house of higher learning, specializing in economics and engineering.
This university teaches data science engineering, business productivity (industrial engineering), business studies, business administration, and international trade.
In total, LEAD offers five bachelor’s degrees, two master’s degrees and approximately 40 executive programs.
“At the University we understand the needs of the labor market and the opportunities that arise in relation to business and technology careers.
“The purpose of the location change is to ensure the best support for students, professors and future employers,” said Marcela Hidalgo, Dean of LEAD University.
Hidalgo also highlighted that LEAD will be part of the so-called T24 Innovation District, the technology city of San José.
