Through the Processes, Services, Continuous Improvement and Organizational Culture Directorate with the “Together for an integration challenge” campaign, the Ministry of Public Health (MSP) received recognition for good practices in the working environment in the public sector, from Ministry of Labour.
This initiative proposes guidelines to promote permanent improvements in public institutions, as well as the development of adequate processes and services to benefit citizens’ needs and expectations, with measurable results.
Patricio Donoso, head of the Ministry of Labour, invited the participating institutions to continue to consolidate spaces with adequate working climates suitable for the development of activities between servers and collaborators which consequently offer attention to the best, optimal, efficient citizen who responds to the needs of the population.
“We are here to serve our users well. Good practices are part of the well-being of our servers which, if applied correctly, generate a quality service”, Donoso insisted.
The “Together for integration” challenge with which the MSP has been recognized is to integrate all employees through training that encourages camaraderie and healthy coexistence, as well as recognizing their management as an institution.
