The updated vaccine dashboard will show data trends weekly to align with the Colorado COVID-19 data dashboard
STATEWIDE (Dec. 7, 2022) — On December 7, 2022, the Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment will update the COVID-19 Vaccine Data Dashboard, switching data views from daily to weekly and streamlining the design to match the COVID-19 Data Dashboard 19 updated by CDPHE. The overhauled landing page is easier to read and navigate, and will move to weekly updates (on Wednesdays).
At this time, CDPHE will continue to publish daily COVID-19 data files for Colorado Open data portal every day of the week. This maintains the current publication schedule for data files, continues day-to-day data transparency, and ensures minimal disruption for more advanced data consumers.
In addition, the state will retire the COVID-19 health care facilities’ vaccination reporting dashboard. CDPHE launched the dashboard in November 2021 to display vaccination information for all licensed health care facilities that were subject to the Board of Health’s emergency rule requiring staff vaccination. The emergency rule expired on July 14, 2022, and the Board of Health ruled that the requirement should not be extended as 94 percent of all staff in facilities had been vaccinated as of June 1, 2022.

CDPHE to launch revamped COVID-19 vaccine dashboard
The updated vaccine dashboard will show weekly data trends to align with the Colorado COVID-19 data dashboard
COLORADO (December 7, 2022) — On December 7, 2022, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) will update its COVID-19 data dashboard, changing the data view from daily to weekly, simplifying and streamlining site design to comply with released from the COVID -19 data dashboard we launched last month. The revised home page is easier to read and navigate; will feature weekly updates (on Wednesdays).
As of that day, CDPHE will continue to publish daily COVID-19 data files on the Colorado Public Data Portal Every day of the week. This will maintain the current schedule for publishing daily data files, ensuring transparency of information and minimizing disruption for more sophisticated data consumers.
On the other hand, the state government will retire the COVID-19 vaccination reporting board in health centers. This data dashboard was released online by CDPHE in November 2021 to display immunization data for all licensed healthcare facilities subject to Health Council emergency regulations requiring staff vaccinations. This emergency regulation expired on 14 July 2022; the Health Council then ruled that the requirement should not be extended as 94% of staff in health facilities had already been vaccinated as of June 1, 2022.
