Within the central services, the Legal and Institutional Affairs Department (DAJI) has the task of ensuring the regularity of the institution’s acts, organizing internal elections, managing disputes and ensuring the dissemination of legislation and legal culture within of the university.
Support Department, provides support to the Presidency, elected officials, all departments and components of the university.
Missions
Within a team of 4, the legal affairs officer will be responsible for:
- Control and legal validation of agreements
- A mission of legal advice to certain departments and components
- the organization and management of the two disciplinary sections (students and teachers)
- the treatment of contentious cases (drafting of briefs in the context of proceedings brought before the administrative judge)
- The organization of internal elections
