Richard Cottingham, also known as the Bust killer discusses a sentence of between 25 years and life in prison after admitting the murder of five people in the 60s.
He acquired the nickname of Bust killer or Bust killer for allegedly cutting off the heads and limbs of some of his victims.
Cottingham is linked to around 100 murders and has been under arrest since 1980.
The case of Diane Cusick
Diane Cusick, 23, had finished teaching at the children’s dance school where she worked when Cottingham ended his life.

Authorities assume that Cottingham pretended to be a security guard or a police officer and approached her as she walked to her car to assault her.
Authorities found Diane’s lifeless body with blows to the face and signs of suffocation February 16, 1968.
Despite the crime scene, Cottingham was unable to be arrested due to a lack of DNA samples available at the time.
They demand justice for the victims
Diane’s case has kept her family on hold for nearly 55 years until this Monday.

After this hearing, Cottingham’s sentence continues to mount.
