He confirmed that when he listened to the audio clip, he recognized his daughter’s voice and cries.

He also confirmed that he had experienced painful moments with his family, noting that he had evidence that their young daughter had been abused, especially since the sound of her crying in the recording was clear.

She added that the beating was represented by successive bruises on her body, prompting her to gather other parents to denounce the official’s actions and to find out the truth about what is happening to their children inside the asylum.

The mother revealed that she had presented the nursery manager with the audio recording proving that her daughter had been beaten, and she replied that she had only hit her on the hands and not on the body, stressing that the reason was the lack of communication from the of the girl of her desire to enter the bathroom.

He added that they asked the director of the asylum to remove the surveillance cameras, but he refused, claiming they were not working, noting that 10 parents had filed complaints against the administration of the asylum and the prosecution listened to their statements.

Interestingly, the school that recorded the incident also confirmed that the principal previously hit the boy’s head against the wall, causing him a head injury, and told his father that one of his colleagues had pushed him to fall to the ground while playing.

The incident sparked widespread anger in Egyptian circles, amid calls for the need to punish those responsible for child abuse.
