Al-Marsad newspaper: Internal medicine consultant Dr. Walid Al-Bakr has revealed an easy way to check heart strength and health for those over forty.
Al-Bakr said, in a tweet via his Twitter account: “If your age is over forty and you want to be sure and reassured of your heart health, strength and hydration quickly, do push-ups exercises more than 40 times, and if you can, that’s a great indicator of heart health and well-being.”
He pointed out: “This is the conclusion of an American study by Harvard University and published in the prestigious journal Gamma”.
