Huawei has made a smartwatch with built-in wireless headphones

Huawei created a smartwatch with built-in wireless headphones, something we’ve never seen before (perhaps with good reason). The watch screen can be lifted to reveal a small compartment for headphones.

The wrist unit appears to be calling Huawei Watch Buds. Huawei should have introduced some news yesterday but the event was postponed, just like the presentation of Xiaomi.

The headphones themselves are small and somewhat reminiscent of bullets from a pistol. Although the construction appears niche with restricted areas of use, some sportsmen may like the configuration, to avoid having to carry separate headphones with them. However, Watch Buds offer leather or artificial leather straps, which indicates that the watch does not have a sports focus.

We will come back when Huawei has presented the Watch Buds.
