The legal representative is Tian Xudong, with a registered capital of 105 million yuan. The scope of business includes the management of sports facilities and facilities; Wholesale and retail trade of supplies and equipment; organization of sports competitions, etc., are wholly owned by Zall Culture and Tourism Group Co., Ltd. The company wholly owns Wuhan Zhuo Ti Agricultural Tourism Co., Ltd., Wuhan Zall Football Town Industry Co., Ltd., and also holds 4% shares of Chinese Super League Co., Ltd.

The risk information shows that Wuhan Changjiang Football Club was sued by Shaanxi Comand Sports Co., Ltd. due to a dispute over the brokerage contract. The ruling document shows that in July 2019, Comand Sports and Wuhan Zall signed a contract, agreeing that Li Wei would manage Chen Yuhao from Zhejiang Yiteng Football Club to join Wuhan Zall Football Club on loan, and Wuhan Zall would pay a fee brokerage fee of 500,000 yuan in total… The plaintiff joined Chen Yuhao in Wuhan Zall according to the settlement, but the defendant refused to pay the fee due to low capital turnover. The court found the defendant’s refusal to pay compensation to be a breach of contract and ordered him to pay the plaintiff 500,000 yuan commission fee and default interest. It is worth mentioning that, according to previous media reports, Li Tie is the chief consultant of Comand Sports.
