This time we leave the Rhône for the Saône towards the end of the end of the Presqu’île de Lyon at the height of the Sucrière. The Loupika barge is well known for its warm welcome and party nights which end at just the right time. The most musical: the Sirius
As a good self-respecting Lyonnais, drinking at Sirius at least once in your life is a must. Between its black paint and red railings, we love this place for its recycled decor: unusual objects, wood and metal. More ? In music programming, there are very often live concerts and DJ sets. In short, a very nice place and one of the most upgraded barges in Lyon.

The most exotic: La Barge
If you were looking for exoticism in Lyon or a floating garden, this is THE place to go. A houseboat covered in plants, so much so that it almost seems to be on an island in the middle of the Indian Ocean. And no friends, you are in Lyon, but the cocktails served on site may make you forget it. Not to mention the good food, THE specialty of the house thus offering the possibility of feasting by the sea with a breathtaking view of Lyon. But beware, the spot is not open all year round.

The most armored – the Star Ferry
The Star Ferry is undoubtedly one of the best barges in Lyon. We go there for an aperitif with friends but mostly to taste their burgers which are to die for. The little extra? The huge terrace. Basically a very nice barge as we like them and probably one of the most armored in the city. If you pass by the banks of the Rhône, you immediately recognize it with the crowds that gather there.
