It’s a long-standing partnership that has gone from strength to strength since Monday. At the University Institute of Rehabilitation (IUR) Valmante Sud, in the 9th arrondissement of Marseille, representatives of Ugecam PACA and Corsica welcomed Pascal Blain, regional director of Pôle emploi Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur. On the agenda: the signing of a partnership agreement which aims to meet the recruitment needs of health, health and medico-social establishments.

“To imagine innovative solutions to facilitate recruitment”

In a context where the human and care professions represent more than 12% of regional employment, this collaboration is more than welcome for Ugecam PACAC, which brings together 26 establishments and 6,000 patients followed up each year in the region and in Corsica. “We will benefit from all the know-how and resources of Pôle emploisays Anne Dumontel, general manager of Ugecam PACAC. In particular, it is a question of imagining innovative solutions together to facilitate recruitment in our structures..”

Potential tracking, employment webinars, digital recruitment forums, events and other actions will be among the systems implemented by Pôle Emploi agencies in cities where the healthcare group is established. They will help promote professional integration in coordination with Ugecam PACAC. For his part,Pôle emploi will be able to propose suitable solutions in the short or medium term, depending on the local realities. Efforts will particularly focus on identifying candidates, building candidate pools and diving to attract new profiles to the industry.”, explains Pascal Blain, regional director of the Pôle emploi Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.
