Flights depart Paris at 19:45 and New York at 00:30. There are Premium Economy and Economy seats on board the Dreamliner. There is no business class.
The French capital will become the fourth European city to connect the Norse Atlantic to New York. The company already flies there from London, Oslo and Berlin.
Earlier this month, JetBlue announced it would fly between New York and Paris for the upcoming summer season, Europe’s second-largest destination after London. Air France will therefore face a lot of competition on the route to Big Apple.
The Norwegian Atlantic is indeed the successor to Norwegian’s long-haul arm, with the same aircraft and partly the same management. The latter airline now only flies within Europe. It is not yet known whether the Norwegian, like the Norwegian, will also fly Schiphol – New York.
