Middleweight Boxing World Champion Saul Canelo Alvarez still wrapped up in emotion Lionel Messi want to beat Sergio Kun Aguero.
This was what the holder of the WBO, WBC, WBA and IBF belt wanted to do because Aguero defended Messi’s action in abandoning the Mexico jersey. Aguero responded to Canelo’s tweet on Twitter.
“Mr. Canelo, don’t look for excuses or problems, surely you don’t know about football and what happens in the locker room,” Aguero wrote on his personal Twitter.
“The shirt is always on the ground after the match with sweat, then if you look closely, he made the gesture of taking off his exchange shirt and accidentally stepped on it,” wrote Aguero.
Not accepting Aguero’s defense, Canelo replied to the message after 15 hours had passed. Just like when he scolded Messi, Canelo considered Aguero a hypocrite for Messi’s sake.
“You too are a bastard… You texted me ‘oh oh Canelo’ and now you are also harassing me. Don’t be a hypocritical bastard,” Canelo wrote on Tuesday (11/29).
An hour later, Canelo was back to tweeting. Canelo did so after receiving a private message (direct message) from Aguero via social media Instagram.
“Unfair? How unfair. What are you doing right now, you’re typing this and a minute ago you were rambling on my Instagram DMs, you need to be clear and direct,” she said with three exclamation points.
Earlier on Monday (28/11) Canelo had become emotional after seeing a video on social media showing Messi moving a Mexico shirt with his foot after the match.
For Canelo this is an abuse. The jersey that one of the Mexican players got by exchanging jerseys after the match felt it inappropriate to be thrown on the ground and trampled on.
The disappointment was none other than Mexico losing 0-2 to Argentina in their Group C match, Sunday (11/27) evening or WIB early Monday (11/28) morning. This reduces Mexico’s chances of qualifying.
“As much as I respect Argentina, you have to respect Mexico!! I’m not talking about countries [Argentina] I’m talking about Messi because of abuse” Canelo said.
