Donovan Mitchell had 32 points, Evan Mobley added 20, and the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Detroit Pistons 102-94 on Sunday.
Cleveland trailed for most of the game, but outscored the Pistons 29-16 in the fourth quarter.
Darius Garland added 16 points for Cleveland, who won five of six games.
Marvin Bagley III had 19 points for the Pistons, who were starters without Bojan Bogdanovic (ankle), Jaden Ivey (knee), Isaiah Stewart (foot) and Cade Cunningham (shin).
The Cavaliers led 94-90 after Mobley hit one of two free throws with 3:32 left. It was the second time Cleveland had missed a free throw in this game, while the Pistons had missed 12.
After Detroit missed again, Mobley missed two more free throws and allowed Killian Hayes to make the game 94-90, but Mitchell hit back with a 3-pointer, followed by a pair of free throws on the ensuing possession.
