Since carob contains a lot of sugar which is one of the best natural types found in natural white honey and fruits, you can make carob molasses at home easily and naturally to get its miraculous benefits.
Raw material:
1 cup of ground carob
Hot water
How to prepare:
Put the carob powder in a large bowl, cover with hot water and mix well.
Cover and let the mixture rest for at least a day, taking care to mix the carob with water during the first hour of mixing.
You can add more water if needed.
Filter the carob juice with a soft cloth and pour it into a large bowl.
Put the saucepan on low heat and leave for a few hours until the juices thicken.
Remove the carob molasses from the heat and allow it to cool, then store it in a glass container until ready to use.
