In the 2023 earnings budget, revenue of €3.527 million is offset by expenses of €4.24 million. This translates into a deficit of 713,000 euros. If the municipality carries out all the planned investments, it will have to take out 1,103 million euros in mortgages. The debt from investment loans will therefore amount to 4.693 million euros at the end of 2023. Since 1914 citizens live in the village, this corresponds to a per capita debt of 2452 euros. In addition, there are cash advances, i.e. liabilities to the municipality of Lingenfeld, of up to 5.8 million euros. The total debt could thus amount to 10.493 million euros.
