Before the release of the home role-playing shooter Atomic Heart, inspired by Bioshock, there are a few months left, and this Thursday VK Play held a solemn event dedicated to the game. And a few days later they released some new screenshots showing the game’s open world, weapons, and enemies.
Atomic Heart is set in an alternate year of 1955, when the USSR is facing an incredible technological advance. Humanity has mastered complex technologies that allow robots to be controlled only by the power of thought. The world of harmony and progress of science is in danger of turning into collapse due to an unexpected uprising of machines. Forbidden experiments have led to the emergence of creepy mutant monsters and a robot uprising. The protagonist of the shooter, Major Sergei Nechaev, will have to explore the secret laboratory on his own and stop the impending apocalypse.
Out February 21, 2023 on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X.
