Kollam Railway Police arrested a young man who engaged in nudity on the train. Dilip Nelson, originally from Kollam Panayam, was arrested. The defendant was on the Porbandar Kochuveli Express train. The young man who was drunk harassed people including female students. We learn that the young man, who works in a private company in Gujarat, has been behaving since yesterday evening in such a way as to put his traveling companions in difficulty. When the train reached Kollam, the railway police arrested the young man for insulting people including TTR. The police also informed that the defendant created a ruckus at the station and was about to attack the policemen.
