Viral video of Russian President Vladimir Putin dropping a pen during a meeting has 1 million views
The 10-second video has been viewed more than 1.2 million times. The video was shared by adviser to Ukrainian Interior Minister Anton Gerashchenko on Thursday.
The video appears to show the moment Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced at the CSTO summit on Wednesday that he would not sign a draft joint statement by the Russian-dominated alliance of former Soviet states.
The six members of the CSTO are: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Russia.

Later, Putin is seen dropping his pen on the table in front of him, as visibly surprised Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko looks on.
