Crowds of spectators filled the streets of New York as colorful flying balloons ushered in the holiday season at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade department store yesterday. The annual tradition, which dates back almost a century ago, took to the streets as a procession of floats and giant inflatables starring, among others, Goku (protagonist of the Dragon Ball series, in the photo) and the Minion Stuart, circulated along more than 40 blocks, from Central Park to Herald Square.
