“Russian citizen Konstantin Kiselyov, who murdered two women, has been awarded the Order of Courage,” Kremlin opposition website “Vazhne Istori” reported.
“The man was awarded for his courage during battles against the Kiev armed forces,” the publication added, citing official sources.
“In fact, Kiselyov is the only survivor of an operation by the Ukrainian army. In addition to the order, the double assassin also received a promotion,” the site adds.
“Before joining the Wagner private military company this October, Kiselov was serving a nine-and-a-half-year sentence. In 2017, he was found guilty of manslaughter of two or more people,” the site also said.
“A year before receiving the sentence, the man went to visit a friend. While the two were drinking alcohol, a scandal erupted between them. Kiselyov took a heavy metal object and hit his housewife 28 times. Then the man strangled the second woman. He heard screams from the apartment next door and wanted to see what was happening with his neighbor,” added “Important stories.”
