Police officers detained 154 cyclists and pedelecs and three electric scooter drivers and initiated warning proceedings. A total of 71 bicycles and pedelecs did not have any lighting equipment, while 49 did have it, but it was partially or not working at all. The three electric scooter drivers and 37 pedelec drivers and cyclists had forgotten to turn on their lights. In addition, four cases of cell phone use on bicycles were opened by the police. In the case of the e-scooters, there was also a suspicion of a violation of the compulsory insurance law and, in one case, a violation of the red light.
