Arizona law enforcement is searching for a Hispanic man accused of shooting his wife to death inside a family home in Pinal County.
The suspect, identified as Ismael Ortega HernandezThe 32-year-old fled from a house off Padilla Road near the town of Stanfield on Monday, November 21, after shooting his wife.
The news Fox News said a boy called 911 to report a family member was dying after being shot by her own husband.
“This idiot shot his wife in cold blood right in front of the kid and we’re looking for him. We want to get this guy,” Pinal County Sheriff’s Office Mark Lamb said in a statement. Press release.
The Central Arizona Newspaper revised that the woman who died in the accident has been identified as Julieta Marín Amador, 30 years old.
Ismael Ortega Hernández was described by law enforcement as a 5-foot tall male with a slim build and was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants.
The Web site MEAWW reported that the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office deployed dogs and helicopters during the search for Ortega Hernández, but the suspect has not yet been caught.
Investigators in charge of the case said the suspect’s cell phone was located in the area where the crime took place.

Neighbors were shocked by what happened.
Neighbors of the family involved in the tragic accident told the news ABC 15 News shocked by the shooting that killed a 30-year-old woman.
“This went on all night. I couldn’t sleep because I was terrified,” neighbor Kaleigh Núñez said in an interview describing the search efforts by police authorities to arrest Ismael Ortega Hernández.
“It was frightening that so many things were happening: helicopters, news… Everything was happening, which made us all nervous. I was so scared for the kids,” Núñez continued in the interview.
Some neighbors told ABC 15 News they don’t know the number of people living in the mobile home where the crime occurred.
A neighbor told ABC 15 News that several loud bangs were heard during the Monday night hours before law enforcement officers arrived at the crime scene.
The suspect is dangerous
The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office has urged Arizona residents to stay away from Ismael Ortega Hernández in case they discover his whereabouts.
Sheriff Mark Lamb said Ortega Hernandez is considered a dangerous gunman.
Prosecutors did not immediately release further details about the relationship the boy who called 911 had with the suspect and the victim.
