Improving the health pathway of precarious populations – including migrants – through coordinated multi-professional assistance, and with the support of health mediators and interpreters, this is the objective of article 51 Pascia’Mans. This “innovative course of coordinated health care suitable for precarious patients with low literacy levels” is supported by the Southern Districts Health Center in Le Mans (Sarthe).
