The mayor of Sector 1, Clotilde Armand, attended the vote in the plenary session of the Chamber of Deputies on Monday for the computer search in the case of Daniel Tudorache. She claims, in a Facebook post, that she promised “Mr. Marcel” that she would “find all her party colleagues who embezzled the budget of the district 1 town hall”.
“Too many cannons of public money have been given in Sector 1 and the robbery is visible from the moon. It’s not for nothing that the head of the PSD throws away the grant money to get lynched by the journalists he bought. We won’t stop!” adds Clotilde Armand.
He claims that the case against former mayor Daniel Tudorache started from his complaint in 2019, with estimated damages of nearly 70 million lei.

I promised Mr. Marcel that I would persecute all of his party colleagues who embezzled the District 1 City Hall budget and I will do everything in my power to make them pay and recover the damage. Too many cannons of public money have been given in Sector 1 and the heist is visible from the moon. It is not for nothing that the head of the PSD throws away the money from the grants to get lynched by the journalists he bought. We do not stop!
So I was present earlier in the Romanian parliament to see how the PN&PSD voted on the DNA request in the former mayor’s case. A file started from my 2019 complaint, damages estimated at almost 70 million lei, over 50 suspects, mayors, civil servants, private companies, municipal companies, etc.
The accusations made by the DNA prosecutors are very serious: organized criminal group, public procurement before the competitive procedure, simulated public auctions, fictitious movement of goods from one company to another to inflate prices, etc.
I am glad that PNL and PSD will not make DNA investigation difficult and they voted correctly. 243 out of 253 present (330 total) voted FOR.
