Can you introduce yourself?
Hello, my name is Éric Sartini, I am a broker in French Polynesia for Pacific Sud Assurance, a generalist broker.
How long have you been working with AVA and for which contracts?
I have been with AVA for almost 10 years and we mainly deal in personal travel insurance, particularly to Anglo-Saxon destinations, the USA and New Zealand.
What are your reasons for joining AVA?
We had to deal with complaints issues. Everything has always been well regulated and we are dealing with a broker who is on a human scale and therefore provides us with excellent services.
Do you have any recommendations, expectations or advice for AVA?
It’s good for me to stay as I am on a human scale, as I said, with pleasant human relationships and continue to support us in our distribution process.
